1.准备好油菜,换成其他的小青菜也一样哦

2.油菜清洗干净,但是要保持完整,不要全部掰开哦

3.油菜加适量的盐拌匀腌三十分钟左右,不要放太多等下酱里面也有盐分在里面

4.将所有的调料放在调料碗中拌匀哦,注意是淡酱油哦

5.油菜腌好后会变软变得更绿哈,清洗下沥干备用

6.将调料汁倒入油菜中,充分拌匀,不然有的很咸,有的没味道哈哈

7.拌匀后稍稍在腌下入味

8.盛盘即可使用,放少许蒜末点缀即可..
